Running this winter
Today I had my first experience running in the cold. The good thing is that it takes about 10 minutes to warm up and then I am good for glory. However, those ten minutes can be dreadful. If you want a good tip on running in the cold, better over dress than not. And also, make sure to plan appropriately your course such that you don't end up walking the last stretch.

I love the idea of running in the cold...I prefer running in cold season that staying at home sleeping, I'm afraid to gain weight.
